A snapshot of ancient UK history,
The one thing lockdown has allowed us to do, is to spend more time going through and sorting old finds out, something I myself have been undertaking. With this in mind I thought I would share a few with you.
All my searching is done on ancient roman and medieval fields be it arable or pasture and of course with my trusty XP metal detector, in the form of the Deus. It ticks all the boxes being versatile, switch on and go should you wish if you’re a beginner, and of course extremely light important if like me if you’re out for most of the day. For the more experienced user it is important to be able to change settings easily in order to adapt to the ground conditions you’re searching.
