100 times more elusive than the corner CTO copies, which were essentially given away in the Specimen packs for 15 years - literally. Gibbons current “Part 1” Catalogue now has a note outlining this very important distinction - “postally used are worth much more”. The ACSC of course, prices postal used at much more than CTO - ACSC $500 - 80% higher than CTO. And these are FAR scarcer than mint of course despite that modest price. Bought this sexy looking postal used copy in an Estate this week. Has not been on the market since owner bought it in 1963 his notes indicated - SIXTY years back! These were printed essentially on very coarse, acidic, blotting paper in The Great Depression, and they thin, and crease, and fox/rust readily,  https://stampboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=97479
